Queen Elizabeth is lucky enough to have two birthdays!
That’s right, Her Majesty celebrates twice a year – once for her real date of birth on the 21st of April and the second birthday is held on the 2nd week of June to commemorate the month she became Queen of England.
The Queen will turn 95 years old this April and she has already passed Queen Victoria as the longest reigning monarch of Great Britain.
We are very much looking forward to the festivities this year and hope we can all join in to celebrate. We would like to wish Her Majesty a very happy Birthday for 2021!

Windsor Castle has announced that its gardens will open for the first time in over 40 years.
The Queen and Prince Philip have been isolated at their home in Windsor Castle during the course of the coronavirus lockdown. Following 4 months of isolation, the Queen and her husband are moving to their home in Balmoral Castle, Scotland. As the monarch is no longer there, the private gardens of Windsor Castle will now be available for the first time since the 1970s.
Visitors to Windsor Castle can explore the East Terrace Garden first deigned for King George IV in the 1820s.
We are thrilled to announce that Westminster Abbey has officially re-opened.
Visitors are welcome to Westminster Abbey following 4 months of lockdown in the United Kingdom due to the coronavirus pandemic. This has been the longest closure period for Westminster Abbey since the Queen’s 1953 coronation.
As one of the most famous royal churches, Westminster Abbey has been welcoming guests for hundreds of years, as well as offering daily prayer services. With its stunning gothic style architecture, Westminster Abbey is certainly one of the landmarks of London that is not to be missed. Visit Westminster Abbey with your private tour guide and discover its fascinating history with London Magical Tours.
Visit England has awarded Westminster Abbey with the official kite mark award “Good to Go”. This is in recognition that the Abbey has met both government and industry guidelines to maintain the highest standards of protection through social distancing and cleanliness. We can’t wait for our next visit.
With social distancing measures lifted, we are delighted to announce that London Magical Tours is continuing to welcome visitors back to London and the surrounding cities. It is fantastic to hear from so many travellers eager to return and discover the best of the United Kingdom.
With reservations being made in advance, we would like to re-assure all of our guests that hygiene and your safety is of the utmost importance.
To this end, we have introduced the following measures to keep everyone safe:
All guests (as well as the tour guide and chauffeur) are to wear masks while touring inside of the vehicle.
Tour guides will practice social distancing according to the latest government regulations, maintaining a current distance of 2 metres from guests at all times when guiding outside of the vehicle.
Guides and chauffeurs will refrain from shaking hands and making physical contact with guests.
Offering visits away from the crowds, including priority fast track entry where available.
Private tours are the best way to avoid crowded areas and our tour guides are specialists in going off the beaten path, including behind the scenes opportunities and visits through quiet back streets.
Hand sanitiser will be available in all vehicles
A thorough sterilisation and clean of vehicles before each and every private tour – all surfaces will be cleaned and wiped down in accordance with latest Covid-19 practices.
Any guide or chauffeur with symptoms will be unable to report to work, no matter how mild, with regular Covid-19 testing taking place.
One of the main benefits of a private tour is that you are provided with your very own vehicle. Unlike bus tours, shared tours or visiting London via public transport, our private tours are exclusively for your party and provide a personalised experience to help you enjoy the cities away from the masses.
