The London Magical Tours’ annual Children’s Art Competition has been another roaring success. Entries for the 2010 competition closed at the end of October, with a record number of drawings and creations received from our budding artists.
A big thank you goes out to all the children that submitted entries. This year has seen the most diverse range of art work than ever before, with some of our young visitors coming from countries as far as Indonesia and Peru, adding a great multicultural element to the competition, reflecting London’s cosmopolitan nature.
Of all the entries received, we are now happy to announce the 2010 finalists for the two different age categories. Click on the link below to see their great work up close.

Update December 2009
Thank you to everyone that voted for their favourite London sketches of 2009 and also to those that took the time to express their support of this great LMT tradition. London is one of the world’s most dynamic cities and every child who took part this year captured that essence beautifully. Continue reading
Every year hundreds of children visit the capital as part of our London tours; many come with their parents and brothers and sisters, while others visit as part of school and missionary groups. Our youngest visitor so far this year has been Daniel Mclean from Massachussetts, USA – a mere 3 months old!
All children on our Private London Tours are given the option to take part in our annual London Art Competition. Our London guides encourage children to make a sketch of anything London related which catches their eye during the course of a tour. Sketch folders and pencils are always readily available, with prizes awarded at the end of each year.
Entries for this year’s competition closed on the 31st of October. Continue reading
