Terms and Conditions of Service

Passengers should aim to be at the pick up point for their tour (10) minutes prior to their scheduled start time. Tours commence at the time stated on the booking confirmation. There is a thirty (30) minutes tolerance waiting period courtesy of London Magical Tours.

Pickup/Return locations will be agreed upon when booking your tour. These are subject to agreement by London Magical Tours.

Passenger's are responsible for their belongings on and off the vehicle and we accept no liability for loss or damage to bags and belongings. Passengers are permitted to carry one small bag each unless confirmed otherwise by London Magical Tours. For security reasons customers may be asked to open their bags prior to a tour commencing.

We do not accept liability for any events beyond our control, including but not limited to bad weather, traffic, flight and terminal cancellations/changes. We reserve the right to cancel/alter tours in special circumstances.

In the event that an advertised place of interest is closed every endeavour will be made to substitute an alternative. We are not responsible for the actions of attractions/places of interest which are beyond our control.

Stops are made during the tour for sightseeing, photographs and meals. You must return punctually to the vehicle within the time allowed for the stops. There is a fifteen (15) minute tolerance waiting period during the tour courtesy of London Magical Tours. Your vehicle may have to leave without you if you are not back on time.

Tour prices do not include meals. In this way you will have the opportunity to choose your favourite foods. Where entrance fees are included to tourist attractions on certain tours, these will be clearly stated on each tour's specific page.

Personal insurance is not included in the price of the tour. Passengers are advised to arrange their own personal insurance cover. This is particularly encouraged on Layover tours for events beyond our control which could lead to missed tours, such as possible flight time changes/cancellations.

The following rules apply: smoking, alcoholic drinks and drugs are not allowed on board our vehicles. Any behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous will result in your tour being terminated.

We reserve the right to cancel or alter arrangement in exceptional circumstances.

Return times are approximate.

Bookings must be made in advance. A contract is entered into upon the issuing of a personal confirmation by London Magical Tours. A booking is not made upon the receipt of an automated booking receipt e-mail or worldpay transaction receipt.

Online bookings should only be made once availability confirmation has been given by London Magical Tours. We operate on a first come, first serve basis and tours can only be reserved once they have gone through the booking system. Under no circumstances can we guarantee that a tour will remain available between the time of making an enquiry and completing a booking. Customers are advised to book early to avoid disappointment, especially in peak season. We are not responsible for bookings made through the online system without our prior availability confirmation.

Private Tours:
Refunds will only be given when there has been fourteen (14) days cancellation notice prior to a tour commencing. Tours booked with less than fourteen (14) days in advance are non-refundable. If a refund is issued due to there being a cancellation notice of fourteen (14) days or more, the customer will be charged a fee of 10% of the total tour price for administrative costs already incurred by London Magical Tours. Due to the exclusive nature of private tours we are unable to give refunds with less than 14 days cancellation notice.

Open Group Tours:
Open Group Tours can be cancelled with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice prior to the scheduled tour date.

Missed departures are treated as cancellations. Customers are advised to have personal insurance to cover such events.

All sightseeing entrance tickets purchased at booking, or included as part of a booking, as well as any services offered through third parties, are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable.

Clients have full responsibility in providing accurate information. This includes all information requested by London Magical Tours, such as personal details, collection/return details (Hotel names and addresses, Flight numbers and Terminals of Arrival/Departure).

All tours, whether booked by telephone or over the internet are subject to these terms and conditions. These shall be governed in all aspects by English Law. Any passenger bringing an action against us submits him/herself to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
